I moved to Pittsburgh from Baltimore a few years ago. My mother had already lived here for awhile. It was my first time living in an apartment. My mother told me how much renters insurance was important and told me she knew a great insurance agent to get it from. I was going to keep the current car insurance provider that I had. I went ahead and took her advice. I went onto the TW Butts website and filled out my information for the free quote. Within about 45 minutes Tom had called me back and started to explain to me the options that I had for renters and car insurance. He explained everything in a way I could understand it and I settled on what plans I would purchase. I told him I would be in the following day to make the purchase. The next day, I made the drive, the office was easy to find. I walked in to a clean office. There was someone he was already helping but he still said hi to me. He got to me very quickly. Before I bought the policies he again explained everything to make sure i bought the best ones for me. He was polite, well mannered and very knowledgeable. After that day every time I’ve had to call he has been very helpful.
