I transferred to Lori Ann after being with another State Farm agent in town who was not meeting my needs (staff was rude and not very knowledgeable). Upon meeting Lori Ann and her staff I felt very welcome. Everyone there is really friendly and willing to take as much time as is needed to help. They are also willing to do all they can to get customers the coverage they need even under difficult circumstances. They all seem to know a lot about insurance and about the different options available with State Farm. I feel like they really want the customer to get the best deal they can, instead of being worried about making the most money off of a customer. I feel like I could just go in there and chat with Lori Ann and her staff; they are a pleasant and knowledgeable group of women that I look forward to seeing every time I have to deal with something insurance related.
