We have been with them for over 20 years. Anytime we need something they are always available to help and to help us make the right decisions. There was a time when someone tried to steal my husbands truck and tried to pry the locks out and they fixed it immediately. On another occasion when my husband had his moms car, it had snowed pretty heavily and a rock was thrown into her window by a snowblower and broke the window That was also fixed immediately with no cost to us. The last time, I was driving and an elderly man pulled right out in traffic and broadsided me. He later denied it and they took him on and his insurance company and won, therefore my vehicle was fixed. These are the reasons why we stay with them. They are impeccable at what they do.
I have known Mr. Gates for a very long time. He was actually one of my football coaches throughout middle school and high school. He is a great coach, full of pride and charisma for this small town stuff. He actually coached my specific position. I was also good friends with his sons when growing up as well. The decision to go to state farm was a no-brainer. My parents have used State Farm for as long as I can truly remember. So, here I am, needing insurance on my new vehicle and of course I go to someone whom I can trust. I actually ended up in a car accident in my very first car. Luckily I had State Farm because they took care of everything and I was driving again in a few days.
