We have been with Dave Goodman for over seventeen years. Every time we call the office someone returns our call right away. They are always willing to look up information and email us details. When we have had claims they have been handled quickly and professionally. Dave’s office staff have covered many options with us for getting the best price for our sons’ auto insurance policies. We also homeschool and other parents we know who homeschool have had difficulty in working with other agents. Dave Goodman and his staff have reviewed State Farm’s policies with us about using Good Student discounts for students who are homeschooled. They handled the situation matter-of-factly. Other parents have said they felt judged and were harassed so much so they felt forced to leave the insurance agent and go to another company. Over the years we have had auto and home insurance. We have had one claim for hail damage on our car. We had hail damage that caused the roofs on two different homes needing to be replaced. State Farm sent adjusters out right away who were reasonable and gave a fair estimate. They were quick to pay for our covered items. This past September my car was totaled in a car accident. Even though I received a ticket they were quick to pay for covered items. They took care to let me know that I had personal injury protection. Since I state that I was injured in the accident, they let me know that I could received treatment for my injuries.
