Sharon is a really good agent in my experience. She worked hard to get a good price for me on my home insurance policy and then when it came time to put in my first claim, she was very helpful guiding me through the process. I did have to contact the main company but she got me started and she initiated the claim.
Also When I first started the policy I did not have the funds to pay the premium up front and Sharon worked out a payment plan that really did fit my needs. After the first year I no longer needed that plan and she set up a discount rate as long as I could pay my bill in full. So I got help both ways which was great. I like the way I am treated as a real person and I also like the way I can just call up and get real answers to my policy questions anytime without going through the hassle of an impersonal customer service agent on a 800 number.
So I am very pleased with her experience and will continue to stay with Williams Insurance.
