1. They are very helpful. A few times I struggled to pay my bills and they helped me figure it out and I did not lapse. Not only did my agent help find me discounts like defensive driving and multi car discount, but also went over different options of lowering premiums to make it more affordable to me. Every time I have questions Heather and everyone who is there help me out anytime I need it. They help me save money and they are nice even when I am late on paying my bills they never get mad they just send me a few reminders and thank goodness they never cancel me. They even help me with my renters insurance and canceling my life insurance policy because I did not have the money for it. I have been with Heathers dad since I drove and switched over to her recently and have loved it ever since always available to help and talk she even gave me her cell.

2. Heather welcomed us into her office and made us feel comfortable. We had never purchased from an agent before so this was an excellent start to a new experience. She was pleasant, kind, and warm. She fully assessed our insurance needs, what we wanted to get out of our policies, and what we could reasonably afford without stretching ourselves too thin. Heather then researched all the available policies that matched what we were looking for and presented them to us in a neat and organized matter. She recommended the polices that she thought were best for us but allowed us to fully look at each policy. Heather was always present to answer questions and to make the insurance buying process as easy and smooth as possible. After we selected our policy she process the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Her help didn’t end there. Heather checked in with us and made sure we were happy with policy later down the road. When we ended up having to file a auto claim she personally assisted us to process our claim to get our vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. Our policy was just what we needed for this incident and there were no hiccups. We were able to get our car repaired fast and by professionals. Our family didn’t miss a beat because we had rental car coverage on our policy. Our experience with Heather has been nothing short of superb and everything someone should want from their insurance agent. I cannot more highly recommend her. “
