WAYNE LEONE - Not a Good Neighbor.
BEWARE: [REDACTED NAME] – Not a Good Neighbor. [REDACTED NAME] owns the condo above mine in Uptown New Orleans. His air conditioning leaked into my condo and caused significant damage in the ceiling. Upon noticing the damage to the ceiling, I reached out to [REDACTED NAME] multiple times. After a week of him not responding to multiple attempts (made by myself, his tenant, and the property manager), I was forced to take action before the leak issue went from damaging just the ceiling, to then damaging the floor as well. So, I was forced to move forward with finding contractors on my own without his contribution. The finding, scheduling, and managing of contractors was generally not a problem for me to manage, but when I reached out to ask for his financial support in paying these contractors for the damage that HIS unit had caused, he continued to not reply or respond to multiple attempts to reconcile. Ownership records in New Orleans are public record, so I found [REDACTED NAME] here online and it just feels so ironic that he is associated with State Farm – which is SO IRONIC BECAUSE HE PROBABLY HAS INSURANCE TO COVER EXACTLY THIS SORT OF THING – he is supposedly a insurance agent. Here’s what I’m saying – if [REDACTED NAME] won’t even cover the financial responsibility for the property that he owns, I would not trust him to insure the property you own. BEWARE: [REDACTED NAME] – Not a Good Neighbor.

excellent
Wayne is always available to his customers and handles anything he is asked to handle. He does a large business and many people want his products, so he has a large staff, but he is still willing to address anything himself. He is also active in the community and gives generously to causes to help us grow as a neighborhood. He was really there for my family when there was a small fire in my kitchen a few years ago. I was crying and very upset, called his office in total ignorance about what to do after the fire, but he was patient with me. He also trains his staff well. they are well mannered and go beyond the call of duty. I feel like I got lucky because this was my first insurance agent for my first home and I have heard horror stories from people who got a bad one. I am thankful I got one with honesty, manners and integrity.
