My parents had Fred Donnell as their agent when I started driving at the age of 16. I am now 53 and still trust him to handle my auto insurance. There are lower cost options but I do not mind paying a little more for the security I feel with Fred as my agent. I have had a couple claims over the years and he has taken care of them quickly and goes beyond what is required. His staff are always friendly and helpful when I have needed their help.
He has also always kept me updated on changes and over the years has always contacted me if he finds a way to save me money. He stays on top of what’s going on in his industry and passes that on to his clients. I have recommended him to many people over the years and will continue to do so. I imagine I will keep him as my agent as long as he is still working.
