Agency Overview

We opened our office in a small farm town because we are from a small town and have the values of folks who work hard for their money. “Our Motto is: Good Ol’ Fashioned Service.”
WE believe in superb customer service. We are an Ol’ Fashioned Agency. We provide all of our client’s referrals to plumbers, roofers, siding and gutter companies and so much more. We are resourceful and want to make sure that when you need something, you can get a reliable company to help you with your needs. We take pride in the customer care we provide all our clients. We are more than an insurance agent; We are folks who understands that clients need more in an insurance agent than one who only takes their payment every month.
WE believe in providing value and affordability. We don’t believe in trying to sell you a policy every time we talk to you. Nor do we believe in cold calling people to try to jive talk folks in a sale. The Ol’ Fashioned way of selling is building trust and loyalty by face to face relationships. We look for a policy that is affordable, but has the coverage you need to protect your assets.
Clients need an agent that is there for them 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We never know when a claim will happen. That is why We are available 24/7 so you can connect with someone who not only cares about you, but also has solutions to get you back to whole.
WE believe in life insurance. No person who is trying to mourn the loss of their spouse or child need to have a monthly bill for three years from a funeral home or hospital reminding them of the loss. A person should not have that stress in their lives and a person should not want their loved ones to go through that either.
WE believe in God. We hold that our life is God First in all we do. By placing him first in our life, it keeps me in perspective on our mission as an insurance advisor. It is not to pad our wallet and brag about our sales, it is rather to be thankful for what we have and give back to the community.
WE believe in community. You will see me in Nevada doing many community events. If it is involving kids or retired folks, we love to volunteer. Not because we want to sell insurance but because our senior adults and kids need to have folks who want to be part of their lives. We are a member of the Nevada Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club and the Economic Development Group. We are also a proud member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the MILK Program.
WE believe in the MILK Program. (Managed Information on Lost Kids) we don’t care if you ever become a client of our agency or not, the milk program protects kids and people with dementia who become lost or kidnapped.
The MILK.® Digital ID was designed to help protect your family members. Use it to quickly create a digital ID that can be used in the event of a missing person emergency. It educates with safety information provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other concerned partners. Internet links connected to valuable online information are imbedded in your virtual filing cabinet.

DNA Kit. Not part of the MILK Program, but we supply each family with a DNA Kit so there are two forms of ID the police need to find lost children or people with dementia.

WE are the only one in Iowa that is licensed to do this. WE are the ONLY Agency that is permitted to sponsor this program.
