   I've been satisfied with this agency overall and the people there are generally friendly and helpful.

   When I moved in 2003, I had already been a State Farm customer in another state and had been happy with it. So, I’m not really even sure how I came across John Ray’s office. It was probably just a random search because I was looking for another State Farm agent. However I came to them, I’ve not been disappointed in being a customer for all these years. Although my insurance has generally stayed around the same amount over the years-rather than going down like you would expect it to do as a car ages—I think that’s more attributed to the fact that the city I’m in has become a top place to move. More people mean more accidents, so the rates for everyone go up. Even with all that, I’ve always found them to be helpful in the rare times when I’ve needed to file any kind of claim. They’ve always answered my questions and been quick to respond and guide me through the filing process. I’ve recently checked other carriers just to see what else is out there, but think I will probably stay where I am.
