The reason I chose Ms. Blalock as my insurance agent was because I moved out of state and she was the closest Farmers Insurance agent in my area. Ms. Blalock is friendly, but she is very unresponsive and unavailable when I ask very important questions pertaining to my policy. A very important document was missed which resulted in my insurance being cancelled. I learned this by receiving a letter in the mail without any previous warning from Ms. Blalock. I received no apology about this inconvenience. I was told I would be receiving a phone call and never did. I had to follow up several times to receive the information I needed. I am still following up about my new policy and have not received a response. This is disappointing service.
