Our experience has been very good with great customer service.
Jeannie Almon is the agent we selectted when we moved to TN from FL back in 2001. We have had State Farm Insurance ever since we got married back in 1966 and have always been pleased with the service and the rates. We have our house, 3 cars, and an Umbrella Policy with Jeannie. If we weren’t satisfied we would not have stayed with State Farm all these years. Shortly after we moved to TN, we had a bad hail storm and had a lot of damage to our roof and cars. We called State Farm the very next day and they sent out a representative the next day to look at our roof. Within a few days they sent us a check to have our roof completely replaced. It was a very easy process for us. At the same time, one of our vehicles was also damaged from the hail. When we talked to State Farm about the vehicle, they told us to take it to a certain place and have it looked it. Again, this was a very simple process for us. The car ended up being totalled out and they immediately wrote us a check for it. Our agent is very easy to work with and always answers questions we have with easy to understand explanations. Her office is near us so if needed, we just go in to the office to talkwith her. Recently we had another hail storm while we were out shopping. The vehicle we were in had significant damage. It was another easy process fo us to report this and get it fixed. We have been with State Farm since 1966 and at the present time we have 3 cars insured with them. We also have a camper insured with them and an Umbrella Policy.
They offer great rates, in my opinion. I had another company sent me a $10 gift card if I would call them and get a quote…so I did. She looked up our information and said we needed to stay with State Farm because we had excellent rates.

Jeannie is great...
We have worked with Jeannie Almon since we moved to TN in 2001. She was recommended for a family member that also used her, so that’s why we chose her. From the minute we walked in the door everyone in her office was extremely friendly and have been very helpful over the years. We have had to contact Jeannie a few times in regard to a few isssues that have come up but she has resolved them very quickly. We had a major hail storm several years back and they came out immediately, looked at the damage to our roof, and wrote us a check for the replacement. Jeannie stays on top of things in her office and knows her business very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is moving into the middle Tennessee area.
