Mr. Queener and his assistant, Dawn, have been accessible from the beginning. I went to them when I purchased my first house and we were able to bundle home and auto for a discount. Almost a year ago I had water damage to my house and the claim was dealt with quickly, even though the incident occurred on a Friday afternoon after business hours. Mr. Queener made the process very smooth and was not scary at all.
When my mother purchased her house this year she went to Mr. Queener and also chose to bundle home and auto. His officer is down the street from both of our homes and he told us that if anything were to ever happen to call and he would be right over. So far I have only had one incident (knock on wood) and he was true to his word. I recommend him to everyone.
