I went to college with Adam’s brother. My husband had his car insurance through Adam when we got married so I switched my coverage to his agency so we could bundle our cars to get a better rate. We as a family have a been a customer since 2011, so almost 5 years, however my husband has been with him for almost 10 years or more. We bought our first house in 2012 so we now have both our homeowners insurance and our car insurance with him. We added a personal jewelry insurance on my wedding band and engagement ring and in 2012 I lost the diamond out of my ring and had to file a claim. Within just a couple days we had a check to cover the replacement diamond and our policy only increased by a few dollars due to the claim. Over the past few years we have bought 2 cars and sold 3 cars and Adam was very helpful in switching those over without any issue with our coverage changing or being affected. Actually just last month our premium went up for some reason on our car insurance and I called him and within minutes he was able to get our rate lowered and the issue fixed. Adam has always went above and beyond to help us and is has always been there if we have had any questions or had any issues. Fortunately we have not had to file any claims on our car insurance but I have no doubt he will be very helpful and great to work with. I would recommend Adam to anyone else looking for an agent in the area.
