This guy only calls when you he needs something from you. I was in an accident once and it was my first time getting in an accident. I didn’t know the steps so I called. This guy chuckled , very rude. I didnt know getting in an accident is considered good. I had to call a few times since he is busy”. It doesnt matter what time I call or day. It is always the answering machine . Emailing is similar too , he never responds. You have to call first before he checks his email. This is absurd.In times I am behind in payments like once a year , he doesn’t bother to call what is up. So farmers just defaults me to being a late paying customer. This guy is rude in calls and will not help you if you dont give him one to two day period.
