As I said they are ok, they come in annually and tell us how much more we are going to pay for the same or less coverage and then tell us how wonderfully lucky we got. They say this same pitch every year. But as they are our only option the speechis somewhat wasted whether accurate or not. This year they went full automated where we used this complex online account to make all our selections and do all our research. My question to them is if we are doing all of the work… why are we paying you as an agent? They were available to answer questions but again instead of them the experts doing the preliminary work and explaining it to us as a group in the past, we have to take time out of our day costing us productivity in order to make their profit more efficient?!?”
