Whenever I have had an issue or question, the team at Dennis Baker has always been there ready to assist. Over the years, we have had a few claims from both homeowners and car policies. They have been quick to act and considerate of my family’s needs. Once, when a water hose from our washing machine broke and flooded the house on a Sunday, one of Dennis’ team members stopped by our home to check on us, got the claim started right away, and booked a hotel reservation immediately. The best part, about 5 years later, when State Farm won a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the hose for a flawed design, Dennis and his team made sure we got a refund check for our deductible. Their honest and candor ensures my family will not be searching for another insurance agent.
