1. I’ve been with Kovick insurance since the first day I’ve gotten my driver license. It is a family owned business where my first contact was with Andy and now I deal with his son Bob. Just like their business is a family tradition, so has my family continued to have them as our insurance agent. My parents were customers, I am and now my daughter is. They are personable, take the time to know me and go out of their way to help me. When I was younger and had a few accidents, they went out of their way to try to find me the best price for car insurance when I considered an unsafe driver. They’ve been with me through driving, renting a house, getting life insurance, homeowners and insuring my child. I couldn’t ask for a better insurance agent. While I was in high school, I was in the newspaper a few times for academic achievements. Each time I was, Andy would clip the article and send it to me in an envelope to let me know he saw me in the paper. It truly is a family business with people who care about their customers. They are also one of the few businesses I recommend to everyone. Throughout the years, I’ve sent many customers their way simply because I know they will be treated as a person and not just a customer. I also know that no matter what happens, what questions I might have or concerns, they will be there for me and to help me through whatever life has in stored for me. “
