Mr. Taylor has fulfilled all of his obligations to us. When we first became homeowners he explained to us that we could save on our car insurance if we packaged it with our homeowner’s insurance.He also has very effective people working with him. His administrative assistant made a point of contacting us and explaining to us that we would have to be alert about filling out some forms if we were to avoid a really huge increase in flood insurance. When my husband and son were rear ended by a careless driver, Mr. Taylor’s office was good about guiding us through the forms we had to fill out for their end. We did feel the situation was awkward, however, because the driver who hit us also had American Family Insurance, although I don’t believe she was Mr. Taylor’s client.
