My experience with this particular agent has been nothing but absolute greatness. When I had to file a claim due to a major hurricane Matthew all I had to do was call on the phone to file the claim. It took a while to get an insurance adjuster out here to look at the damages but I could totally understand that due to the fact that we had just made it through a major hurricane and they were more than likely swamped with claims. I could find it in myself to be upset with them about that. They were very busy and stretched thin. When the adjuster came out I received a check in less than three days. My claim was processed in less than three days. That was a big surprise to me.
We had a major hurricane (Hurricane Matthew) back in 2016 although it took a while to get an adjuster out to my home to look over my damages it only took 1 business day to receive payment after the adjuster evaluated my damages. I was paid fairly and more. I received way more than I expected to receive and I was even paid for things I wasnt expecting to be paid for. Like they paid me for having to buy chainsaws and equipment to remove all the downed trees from my yard. This agent was such a blessing in a time of dire need after so much damage from hurricane Matthew. I wouldnt have wanted to work with any other agent than Josh Whitley from State Farm. They were amazing during my time of need.
