I have been a customer since 2011 after my my brother recommended this agent to me. I have full auto coverage and pay $310 every six months. The customer service they provide is FANTASTIC! They truly go beyond the extra mile! 2 years ago I was hit by a drunk driver and State Farm walked me through the claim process. I was given a free, brand new loaner car to drive while my vehicle was being repaired at the shop. My car repair was 100% free. What’s best of all is that my monthly RATE DID NOT INCREASE! So far this is hands down the best insurance I have ever had. They help me with everything even when times are a little tough. This is probably the only insurance agency I will ever use period!”
He doesn’t try to push insurance that I don’t personally need. He makes sure my needs are met and doesn’t try to overdo it. I appreciate that in someone that I need to trust to make sure my best interests are looked out for. There was a time when I was in between jobs and needed to keep my car insured but did not have a lot to spend. That is when I found Dan. He found me a plan that was very affordable and just enough to cover me if something happened. I was in a desperate situation and he did not try to take advantage of me to further his own gain. I haven’t met an insurance agent who has been like that before. It was refreshing to find such a person that is genuinely interested in helping someone and not just lining their pockets. I have dealt with some terrible agents in the past and was nervous to start the process of finding another one all over again. I don’t enjoy how many of them just want to sell sell sell and make a profit but do not care about any of their clients. When I was able to find a new job that I enjoyed, Dan was able to really help me out. He found me a great car insurance rate that covered me for much more than just liability. I think another great thing about Dan is that he gives his cell phone number to his clients and makes himself available at all hours of the day.
