1. We have had a handful of claims while working with Catherine, and all of them have been handled promptly and with great communication. We have also moved (bought and sold a house), and bought and sold cars. All of these transitions have gone very seamlessly thanks to their clear communication and fast response time. The only home claim we had was during a hail storm. They we able to book our appointment quickly, and we took care of the rest. We have also communicated with them about a couple of car accidents (neither our fault), and they helped us make sure we got what we needed while our van was in the shop. They helped us reach the other insurance company and made certain we would have a rental van while ours was in the shop. We have 3 small children and really need the extra space for car seats. Overall, Catherine has been quick to respond and taken care of our needs for a competitive price. If I have anything negative to say, it’s that we now have to log on to the website to print our insurance cards instead of them being sent to us when we renew automatically. A pretty small price to pay for the discount we receive to be an e-customer.

2. I’ve been all over the insurance Rolodex trying to find the right fit for me. We move more and more towards kiosk systems and automated companies like progressive, that get all their customers from online, this company caught my eye just driving by it on my way home. They greeted me and I sat down. The environment was very warm, everyone working and smiling. Very productive system. I felt already I made the right choice. So Catherine started talking to me about options. She went over a lot of very important points choosing the right pricing and options for each of my insurance I wanted to purchase. She was very knowledgeable and found the best fit for me. So far after 6 months, it’s been awesome. I usually just drop by and say hello to them, and they always remember who I am. They are the best!”
