   Not very good as he is not helpful.

   I have rarely had to use my insurance. Recently when I had a car accident, he advised me to do one thing and told me how it would likely turn out. When I did what he told me, the outcome was worse than if I had done nothing at all. I wish I would not have taken his advice. He also did not try to help me with the claims process. When I have called for him, he is never in the office. I had one of his assistants take a message and they contacted him. He called me back and said he would call me right back with the information I requested. I waited for 2 days and I still never heard back from him. I called the office and again he was not in the office. So with dealing with my accident, I worked directly with one of his assistants the whole time and barely had any interaction with him.

   I have never had an issues, and am satisfied with my coverage.

   I was recommended to this agency from my parents. I had a different agent for 5+ years until he retired. I now have Adam. I have only had Adam as my agent for a year or less. I like my coverage and think it is fairly priced. Whenever i have had any questions, i have always been addressed right away. It is easy to speak with my agent when i call. I do not pay much for my coverage to cover my apartment and I have enough coverage to cover all of my things in my apartment. When i have had to talk with my agent, i am talked to as if i am a friend and not a customer. This agency makes it easy to feel relaxed and comfortable with your coverage.
