1. This insurance agent has been awesome. When I first signed up for insurance with State Farm, Clint Conrad, I only had one vehicle. Since then, it has grown to 3 cars, 1 motorcycle, life insurance, and renter’s insurance. State Farm has been great in giving me a discount for all my insured vehicles. I’ll soon have a sixteen year old driver to add and I have already called their office to ask questions on what we will need to do to add my son as a driver. The office is great in answering any and all questions I have and they are super friendly. When my car was out of commission, they lowered the insurance on that vehicle since I wasn’t driving it to the lowest legally insured option available.

2. I had chosen State Farm Insurance due to price and reliability before I purchased my car. I would have preferred to buy it directly online without going through an agent, but that wasn’t an option with State Farm. So my view of my experience with this agent might be colored by the fact that I would prefer to not deal with things on a personal basis. First phone conversation with someone in his office was pleasant and quick and I was able to order what I needed easily. I was then asked to go into the office after purchasing the insurance. I agreed and met with a couple of agents. I signed some paperwork, which was fine, but most of the trip was just trying to upsell me insurance products that weren’t a good fit for me. The agent was nice and did not use high pressure tactics at all, so it didn’t make me feel angry or like I needed to purchase anything, it simply felt like a waste of my time.
