I initially signed up with Joey Doom at Liberty Mutual because I receive a discount through my workplace. However, he has been wonderful and I think I would continue on with him regardless of my work discount. He has a nice, professional demeanor and walked me through the sign up process personally. He patiently explained all of my options and assisted me in choosing the right level of coverage for me. He also seemed to work hard to find every way to discount the policy that he could, asking me detailed questions that might qualify me to receive money off of my monthly bill. He has been equally attentive in all of our follow up conversations. He always responds promptly and with a detailed, courteous answer. He’s exactly what you want in an insurance agent.
He remembers the names of our children and always asks about how they are doing. He is very personable and very professional. He will always work to get you the best price possible and will explain why the rate is the way that it is. I am really glad we have him as our insurance agent. He is a very funny guy and it is always a pleasure to speak with him, both on the phone and in person. When we bought our house he was not only able to get us the best price, but able to get us the best price with more coverage than the other company we had asked to quote home owners insurance for us. We are very happy to have him as our agent.
I met Joey in a personal setting and was impressed with his overall insurance knowledge. When my auto and home owners insurance came up for renewal, I called him for a quote. He was very thorough in going thru the coverage I was currently carrying, made a few suggestions to upgrade my coverage, and saved me money over my prior carrier. The payment options are varied, something to suit every ones needs. Monthly bank draft, with no fees, is the best. When I traded vehicles, he made the change over quickly and professionally … on a Saturday afternoon. All in all, I couldn’t ask for a better insurance agent. I would highly recommend Joey, and his entire staff, to anyone in need of personal lines auto insurance. You’ll be pleased.
