It was nice because I got a discount for having both car and home insurance with the same agency.
I have not had many needs to use my insurance. The first time I used my car insurance is when someone did a hit and run on my car when I was parked at my apartment. The insurance agency took care of getting it fixed and was very easy. The second time I used my car insurance was when I slid on some ice and damaged the front of my car. Both cases were very easy and successful.
