1. Initially I was going to go with All State for car and renters insurance because people generally better reviewed them better and their package prices were a little better. But it seems that the All State agents didn’t very actively respond to online quotes or calls. Lindsay on the other hand called back very quickly after the quote. She was extremely friendly and made it very easy to understand the costs involved and what would be covered. I had several concerns about the coverage of certain very expensive specialized computer equipment in the instance of fire or theft and she made sure I understood how claims would work if I were to have to replace them. Even though we don’t communicate much she goes above and beyond to show that she’s available to us sending us cards every holiday and occasionally checking in. The prices were similar enough to All State, and that’s fine, but what really won me over with how friendly and helpful she was navigating the subject of insurance which up until that point I had not handled much on my own.
