Bill Marston is the only car insurance agent I’ve used. I have been a customer for twenty years. I haven’t dealt a lot with him personally, all of my needs are handled by the excellent office staff. The woman who I normally interact with for policy renewals has been there as long as I can remember. Everything I need from them has always been handled quickly and professionally. She seems to check all options to see how I can find the least expensive policy options that will meet my needs. She was very helpful when it came time to insure my son in finding the least expensive way to get him covered. I haven’t had a lot of claims (thank goodness.) The only one I’ve ever made was for a broken windshield due to a truck throwing up a rock on the highway. That is covered under all insurance in my area, so I didn’t have to pay anything. That claim was handled quickly and I had my windshield repaired right away. I have been very happy with this agent and would recommend them.
