Since getting my auto insurance from Dan Rickabus, I have been nothing short of extremely satisfied with the service I’ve received. Since being insured by State Farm, the customer service from this particular office has been extraordinary. When I was in a situation where I was going to be late with a payment, they were always understanding and allowed me to pay the past-due amount at a later date without charging me anything extra. More recently, I found myself dealing with some personal health issues and was unable to drive. I called my agent and they were very helpful with putting my policy on hold until I was able to drive again. I highly recommend Dan Rickabus and would give him three thumbs up if I could.
