1. Bill Pool came recommended to me by a mutual friend, and I have recommended him to other friends and relatives. His staff are friendly, and helpful; going above and beyond when necessary. His offices are nice and fairly close to where I live, although I rarely have need to visit. The staff is polite and curious, and the waiting room comfortable and welcoming. Although, once you make your purchases you rarely need to visit unless changing or updating policies, or updating or adding insurance. When initially signing up, Bill was very kind and made a point, and explain everything that he thought I should know. He was very patient, because this was my first life insurance policy, and I didn’t really know what I was getting into. We discussed all of his many and varied options, and he helped me determine what was best for my situation, and the best for my family. I was concerned that they be taken care of in the case of an accident, and he understood, and help me choose the best option. I’m very glad to have found a family man who could easily empathise with my situation.

   When choosing additional health coverage for my family, he laid out all the promotional information for me, as well as supplemental information for me to take home and read at my leisure. He did everything that he could to make sure the at the additional coverage suited my family in the way we needed, and I was happy with the policy I eventually accepted. “
