My experience has been pretty good.
I moved to Iowa City and bought a car. I knew I needed insurance so I sought out a decent, personable agent with lots of experience. I was directed to the AW Welt Ambrisico agency since they were nearby my apartment. I am very satisfied with the agency and with Michelle in general. She understood my needs and helped me fulfill them. Insurance has turned into kind of a cold business with all the websites and scams and whatnot, so I was glad to actually find someone I got along with at a brick and mortar location. Michelle is very nice and calls to check in on me every few months, checking to see if I need any other coverage or things like that. I would highly recommend this firm to any of my friends seeking insurance help.
