I was in a car accident about 6 months ago, and my car was so new that my records hadn’t all updated just yet, which caused a lot of issues with getting the claim pushed through. Andy’s office communicated with me quickly and nicely while I was trying to work things out between them and the lean holder, who needed to provide certain documents before we could move onto the next step. I called to ask for a form to be sent to my lean holder, and the representative had to get off the phone with me to resolve the issue, but called me back immediately following her interaction with my lean holder, which I really appreciated. I think they did a very good job in getting me through a very stressful time of my life without making things any more difficult than they needed to be.
