In person Mr. Davis is very polite and well versed in all of the insurance information. He was very helpful in instituting all of my policies and making the whole thing easy. I have found however that it has been more difficult over time. You cannot make payments online before your due date, getting any answer to emails or phone calls is nearly impossible, and I once ATTEMPTED to file a renters insurance claim and didnt recieve a call back until 13 days later. It just seems like I am paying a lot of money monthly on my coverage and not getting the direct customer service I would expect when I need it. We will probably be changing over to a new insurer soon. Especially after the claim issue. Mr. Davis is very nice but nice didnt help at all when I needed it”
Went to the this agent for insurance that would cover my condo, he was able to speed me up on the best packages and helped me make a solid decision.The office is also nearby to my condo so it makes things a bit easier. Was also able to get insurance for a few of my vehicles was No big issue at all to bundle them and ended up costing me even less than it would at any of the other nearby insurance agents or insurance companies. Every year i check to see nearby offers and nobody has come close to the amount of money that i save working with ken davis. He also provides financial help to a few of my friends I have yet to need this service tho..
