Upon arriving to AAA Central Penn, I was greeted with respect and treated like I was family. I was prompt to sign my name in the log to register myself as a customer and then, I sat down in the waiting area for about two minutes before I was called to a representatives desk. I was very pleased with the amount of time that I had to wait. It was not very long at all. Once I approached the desk I was asked how my day was going. I politely replied and returned the question asking how the agent was doing. After our brief ice breaker of introduction I began explaining my reasons for being at that office on that particular day. I needed to update my auto insurance policy to include my husbands name along with my name. The agent was very happy to be able to help. After a few moments on the computer, a couple signatures of formal consent. My husband and I were on our way home with our updated insurance.
