I originally went to this agent because I was cancelled by my prior auto insurance agent. I went to Amanda because she was not an affiliate of the big companies. I gave her my coverage needs and she provided me with a quote that I could not beat anywhere else. Since I have been using Amanda, she has gone above and beyond in customer service in many areas, like calling to see how you are doing after an accident or something of that matter. She has gone so far to help us file a claim against our former insurance agent for withholding monies that were owed to us. She has been there for when my wife and I have had a question about certain fees on our statement and how this helps us. She has been a good friend, apart from being out agent.
