1. Christie was recommended to me by my father. I made an appointment with her and went to see her with my insurance policy with another company. Christie was warm and friendly and made me feel like an old friend. She looked over my insurance and explained exactly what I had. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. She then gave me some insights as to where I had too much insurance and where I had too little in my policy. This was something no one had ever done for me before. Then she showed me how State Farm could give me a much better policy than the one I had and for virtually the same amount of money I was paying, and I would be better protected! After going over all the figures, it was a no-brainer! I switched to State Farm immediately that night. Christie was even helpful in getting me a cheaper rate for a loan on a new truck we bought. Christie has been my agent for over 18 years! And in that time, anytime I have had a problem, all I have to do is pick up the phone and she’s there for me, answering my questions and solving my problems. I also picked up an accidental hospitalization plan for my family as well as an umbrella and homeowners policy. I have never had any issues in dealing with her. Christie always contacts me to see if my insurance needs have changed. She’s a great agent!”
