They are cordial and businesslikd
They send frequent letters (in the form of a template, understandably, as they must send similar letters to different people over time). Sometimes they send a letter for the holidays. This is personable, but it creates a lot of waste in the form of unwanted paper. I think that it would be better to send such information via email messages, to save a lot of waste, or else they could use smaller, more clearly renewable/recycled materials when they send these friendly “reminder” letters.
Sometimes, I am late with payment. After a couple weeks of missing the deadline, they contact me to remind me of it and offer assistance if I cannot pay. At one time, I had lapsed in my payments for so long that the policy was about to be terminated. I called the agency and they sorted it out and renewed my policy.
