There was an issue with underwriting at first but they were able to figure it all out. Also they had an issue with application of my payments a few times but they were able to fix it as soon as I called it. I was initially upset but they were able to calm me down. They made things pretty easy to do by email and over the phone. One thing that is a little frustrating is that I can only make changes when I can get a hold of them. I would like it if I could just make changes, like having my payment auto drafted, on the weekends when the agent’s office is closed. Overall, they do a great job with customer service and I feel like i am in good hands.
