My experience with her office has been average to below average.
They have made mistakes calculating the costs of coverage and have often given me several numbers that they have had to adjust when I have questioned them about it. Jane Feelers herself I feel is personable and accurate however I have found her staff rude and defensive and they have openly showed me hostility when I have pointed out their mistakes about my policy. One of her representatives called me ignorant” when I asked about my policy once because she didn’t like being wrong and pointed out that I had not been trained as an insurance agent so I did not know what I was talking about. I would change agents, but I have discounts that have accrued over the years so it would not benefit financially to do that.
Other than that they have generally been helpful. One time they failed to notify me that my insurance had lapsed and I had to pay the department of motor vehicles over one hundred dollars in fees as a result. Although I acknowledge my responsibility to keep up with my account I thought that it showed poor customer service that they did not let me know that I had a lapsed policy by phone, email or post.
I would not recommend their services to anyone that is looking for initial coverage as I have little faith in their abilities as office staff. They seem to have little concern for their customers other than accepting their payments and often have trouble navigating their own business software when doing quotes.
