    Very professional and a true salesman!, January, 2017

    I was very pleased with my overall experience with Matthew. I had just leased a brand new car and my current car insurance was trying to rip me off. I new my auto insurance was going to go up but they were trying to double and then some my current car insurance. So i started shopping around and i got a quote from Matthew at Geico and not only was the insurance cheaper than everyone else but it was even better insurance. My old insurance would have cost me over $160 a month and the deductible was $500, and Matthew was able to get me a $200 deductible and a monthly premium of only $115. That is a huge difference from my old insurance. I also qualified for all these discounts being an A student in college that my previous insurance agent wasnt even putting onto our monthly plan the whole time even though we had talked to them multiple times about it. I was so happy when i switched and my coverage is twice as good and cost me 30% less.

    All of the staff at this agency are so professional and helpful. It goes to show that Mr. Young only hires those that compliment his own core values. When we purchased our first home last year, our realtor suggested getting a quote from him as a local agent. He went above and beyond to understand that I understood everything about policy details (especially since this was our first time purchasing a home and knew nothing about the coverages). Once we had the homeowners policy nailed down, they were able to go ahead and look at our past automobile carrier (AllState) and not only better the price but also help us adjust coverages that fit us and our budget. It really helped that even this year at renewal, his agency made a note to make sure that we understood our coverages still and explained the slight increase to our premium thoroughly.
