My parents were with this agency and when it came time for me to get insurance for my car, I went with State Farm as well, since I had already been listed on my parents account. I haven’t had to file many claims with them or do much of anything, but the few times I have had to interact with them due to changing cars, filing a claim, or otherwise making changes to my insurance they have always been there for me and the experience has always been pleasant. I have been with them for somewhere around 20 years and in that time I have never had them let me down or give me any sort of difficulties. Even when I had to cancel for a time due to being between vehicles they were fast and courteous.
I’ve been with them for years and they have always been a no-hassle company to work with. The agent has always been friendly and I have been late on a payment once or twice and they didn’t immediately jump on the chance to charge me late fees. Over the years they have even reduced my rate and this was before any other agencies offered any sort of rate decrease based on lack of accidents and time with the agency. They offer some pretty good coverage and I’ve even heard they are good about honoring claims quickly. Overall I would say that this company is a great one to work with and would recommend them to anyone who was looking for insurance and wasn’t really sure who they could go with.
