I have been very satisfied with this insurance agent because of the quick response and action rate. My previous insurance agent did not move very quickly and complicated things that needed urgent attention. My previous insurance agent also did not give me what I expected of them and, again, complicated things that I am still dealing with to this day. The reasoning of my previous insurance agent was unjustified at times and the service I received was grossly underwhelming for the price I was paying. My current agent was quick to resolve issues with haste and I have been pleasantly surprised by visits that take only a fraction of the time that I had expected! I have not had one issue with this agent and, at this point in time, I do not foresee and difficulties in the future. I was referred to this agent from a friend who had also been with my previous agent, and I am glad I made the switch as well as we were both very unhappy with the other guy!”
