1. I’ve been insured with Tom’s office for years, and I would trust him with anything. He’s very knowledgeable and explains the policies and coverages in easy to understand terms. I didn’t know anything about insurance, and he took the time to make sure I knew what I was purchasing. He advised me on limits and add ons, and will honestly tell you if he thinks you’re over-insured or don’t need certain coverages. I feel like he cares about me instead of just making a sale. His office staff is also great. They’re all friendly and prompt with requests. They even call me to remind me if I forget to make a payment. I love how accessible they are. You can reach Tom easily and directly by phone or email. There’s also an online portal where you can view your policies, print documents and make payments. Very easy and simple. State Farm is an excellent insurance company, and Tom is the best agent ever!”
