1. Don is a family friend on my husband’s side of the family. We were not initially covered by him, but when we did price shopping, State Farm has been the lowest cost option we have found. When we have had claims, the office has handled them fairly easily and has offered us help when we need it. The time spent in this office is always friendly and is made as comfortable as you can be made in an insurance office. The only complaint we have about State Farm is that when we have been involved in claims, (our house was hit with hail and our car was hit by an uninsured motorist,) we did not deal with people in our local office after the initial claim. They had us call in to a corporate office and talk to people we didn’t know to handle our claims. We would have much rather dealt with local people whom we know and trust.

2. Don Woodson is a great insurance agent. My family and friends all recommended him to me, and I value his opinions and knowledge. I just recently filed a claim with him concerning a car accident, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. He takes his time to understand your claim, and will do everything in his power to get you a fair settlement. He’s been my insurance agent for years now, and I trust him to a great extent. He carries a positive reputation, and most people will have good things to say about him. He’s always available when I need him, and provides a twenty-four-hour customer care center, should he not be available. His entire office and staff are all wonderful as well, and gave excellent help and support during my claims process. I would gladly recommend Don Woodson to anyone looking for a reliable, professional insurance agent. I have had no complaints with him so far.
