About a year ago my husband and I purchased our first house and shopped around for insurance. At first we ended up with Nationwide, because they had a great rate for home and auto insurance. The signup process was simple enough, we closed on our house and moved in, happy with the rates and customer service we received. About a month after we moved in, I received a letter from Nationwide letting me know that they were going to cancel our home insurance, because of a few issues that they found when they drove by the house. Most of the issues were fixed, but there were others that were too vague for us to understand. I tried calling customer service and was told to get in touch with the insurance appraiser. I called the appraiser several times, left several voicemails, and was never contacted back.
Since our termination date was coming up we decided to look to other companies again. I was contacted by John Pavle and we went over my current situation. I didn’t think that Allstate would be able to match the current rate I was getting from Nationwide, but they were able to make it work. I got better coverage for my home, the same low-deductible coverage for my car, all with a rate that was only slightly higher than what I was paying before. The signup process was quick and easy, and we had coverage ready to go.
When we bought a new car, all it took was a quick phone call to add the new car to my policy, without going through a complicated automated system or sitting on hold waiting for the next available agent”. When renewal time comes around, I always receive a call from John’s office asking if I’m satisfied with my current coverage or if I want to make changes.
I’m definitely happy with Allstate and John Pavle, and hope to keep this insurance as long as I need it!”
