I was leery at first of using an independent agent, but have found Joy great to work with. I can conduct everything by email when it is convenient for me. At renewal time, she send me the rates of the the other insurance companies that they carry and compares rates. She shops rates for me, and sends me the results. That way I can see that I am getting the best rate and what the competition looks like. I have referred many people to Iron Property and as a thanks, Joy will send me a gift card. While it is not a huge deal, it is a little attention to detail that I appreciate. I never feel pressure or really hear from Joy unless I ask for something. When I do ask, she is on top of it. I like that in an agent.
