   My overall experience has been very good.

   Mr. Duncan was very helpful when we were moving our auto insurance from another company. Our previous company had not been there for us after we were involved in an auto accident, and Mr. Duncan went out of his way to assure that we were covered for the situation we had faced before. He explained every part of the policy in great detail, and answered questions about the need for each item on our policy. He recommended an increase in certain areas, explaining the reason behind his suggestions. He also suggested some discounts which we would qualify for, and he helped us to save as much money as we could now that our child is driving. Mr. Duncan is always available by phone when needed, and he quickly calls back if he misses you because he is with another customer.
