We have been working with Mr. Ward for over fifteen years. Any time we have an issue or question we can call Mr. Ward and he answers even it the question does not apply to the type of insurance we how with his company. He will gladly find an answer or direct us to someone who can answer our question. If Mr. Ward is not available when we call, Mr. Ward promptly returns our call as soon as he can. As far as anything negative, I can’t say we have experienced any issues. I can say that we have never filled a claim with this insurance before so, our positive feelings may be changed if a claim is in fact filed. The attitude of insurance people tend to change and become sour after you start filing claims and asking for money owed to you. Companies are quick to take money but slow to give it.
When my family first moved to the area, we were unsure about a lot of things including the school system, buying a house, insurance companies, etc. However, as soon as we met Cliff Ward we were immediately at ease. He walked us through every step and detail of the insurance policies and even shared some information about the area. Every time we spoke with Cliff, whether it was in person, on the phone or via email, he was courteous, knowledgeable and warm. He made us feel right at home in a new city. Over the years, he has met and grown close to our whole family and always tells stories of his sons. It never seems like we are talking about insurance but rather spending time with a family friend.
