   My overall experience with this agent has been fantastic.

   I previously used Jay King with Allstate and when he retired, Jay became my agent. The office staff has remained the same. I have been with Allstate for over 10 years. I didn’t have a claim until this year and they were fantastic with handling it. I have compared their rates to other companies (Progressive within the last 2 weeks actually and Liberty Mutual through my credit union. The rates weren’t so much better that I would switch. I feel like I have a real person I can talk to with his office. The lady that answers the phone is Eden and she is super nice every time I have called. My policy renewed January first and I received emails and phone calls from the office reminding me to get the payment in before the renewal date. They were concerned with the holiday bank schedule. After my payment was received, they called me back to let me know everything was taken care of. I am on a deductible rewards program and every 6 months or something the deductible went down. I think I was originally on a $500 deductible plan but once I racked up that much in rewards, the office called to see if I’d like to save money by switching to a higher deductible without increasing my risk to over $500. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
