1. My family has purchased policies through his office for several years. The office has always been helpful when we’ve had questions. When we had a claim because we were T-boned by a driver who ran a red light, this office was very speedy in helping us, very friendly and understanding. Some insurance brokers can be real jerks, and act as if they do not need customers to survive, but that has not been our experience with his office. They are always very courteous and take the time to get things right. One time one of my family members was living in AZ for school and she purchased a policy through another Allstate office, and unfortunately did not have the same level of service as with Mr. Sargent’s office. I would recommend Mr. Sargent and his people to anyone.

2. I selected Allstate because of Frank Sargent, not the other way around as is usual. Frank has always taken the time to learn about my family and our unique needs and requirements, and has consistently tailored our insurance product offerings and coverage levels to address what is important to me. I learned of Frank through a friend, and after meeting with him in person and discussing my situation and needs in detail, he came up with a coverage offering that exceeded my expectations and was fairly priced. I have to say that Allstate itself is far less of a consideration than the fact that I have Frank as my agent. When my needs have changed, Frank has been super-responsive and come back to me with customized insurance product offerings and structuring — usually with multiple options to choose from. He has been very creative in how to structure my coverage, and I couldn’t be happier in terms of how he looks out for me. If Frank went to another insurance carrier and looked me in the eye and told me he could as well or better for me with a competitor of Allstate, I would follow Frank to the new agency. I trust him that much.
